Status

Each item has a status. By default, the workspace includes:

• To Do
• In Progress
• Ongoing
• Next
• Done
• Archived

Custom statuses

Open Settings -> Statuses to configure the list.

You can:

• add custom statuses (for example, In Test)
• choose an icon/color from the built-in palette
• reorder the full status list (built-ins + custom)

Built-in statuses are fixed: they cannot be removed or renamed.

Removing a custom status

Removing a custom status updates only the status configuration. Items are not bulk-updated in storage.

If an item still has a removed/unknown status value, the UI resolves it to To Do at read time.
